PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Hopewell Management Trainee (MT) Program is a tailor-made 24-month scheme bringing you a unique opportunity to unveil your potential and realise your career aspirations. During the program, MTs will be rotated to different business units and corporate functions to prepare them for managerial positions on a fast track.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM - Duration

At our management trainee program, you will work with more than 20 departments in order to facilitate your learning experiences and gain a full operation picture to strengthen your management capability.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM - Familiarisation

There will be intensive opportunities for you to understand the company from a bird’s-eye view. Through in-depth discussions with more than 40 department heads and various site visits, you will be expected to understand the general operations of different business units. The familiarisation will last for one to two weeks. Towards the end, you will be given the opportunity to share your learning and insights with the senior management.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM - Coach-Mentor-Buddy Scheme

Buddying

Buddies are former management trainees who had walked through the Program. They can share their past experience and provide you with solid support and advice favorable to your overall development progress.

 

Mentoring

Mentors from senior management will help you make significant transitions in knowledge, skills and attitude by using their profession, expertise and vision. They will provide close guidance and help you understand your development from a holistic and practical perspective.

 

Coaching

Coaches are knowledgeable experts from senior management. They will offer you insights on understanding your long-term career development, so that personal development and career accomplishments are made possible.

 

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

In house training   

Business Management, People Management and Personal Effectiveness

We will offer you a wide spectrum of training to consolidate your career fundamentals, preparing you to be a versatile and high achiever. Not only will we arrange regular seminars and workshops, we also support your further studies by providing you with study sponsorship, aiming at developing you on three quadrants: Business Management, People Management and Personal Effectiveness. Furthermore, you will be given the opportunity to own projects in diverse areas, so as to strengthen your abilities on operation management.

Corporate events

Result Announcement Conference, Annual Dinner, Spring Dinner, Annual General Meeting

Management trainees are given ample opportunities to lead, organize and participate in various corporate events, such as Result Announcement Conference, Annual Dinner, Spring Dinner, Annual General Meeting, and activities demonstrating corporate social responsibilities.

  •         Be a university graduate in any discipline and possess no more than 2 years of working experience
