Assistant Golf Services Manager

 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Golf Services Manager to manage the daily operations of the three 18-hole golf courses, Driving Range, Hire Centre and Golf Cart Centre.
  • Ensure the services provided by the Golf Services team comply with the quality and safety standard of the Golf Course.
  • Oversee the caddies service and ensure service provided to golfers is at good quality.
  • Involve in planning, developing and implementing new services, such as golfer’s etiquette education and improvement plans on golf course safety so as to enhance customer service and workplace safety.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance quality of service rendered to visitors.
  • Perform administrative duties such as arranging work schedule, preparing reports, monitoring budgets etc.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer services and administration, preferably in leisure or golf industry, with at least 3 years’ in supervisory capacity. 
  • Possess good knowledge and understanding of golf rules and etiquette. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
