Technical Support Executive, Data Centre 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for service provisioning, fault management, troubleshooting and services configuration
  • Monitor the planned activities, outage control, alarm monitoring and performance of Transmission and Broadband network components and report fault in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal/ external parties to provide technical support
  • Handle fault reporting and complaints hotline
  • Handle or assist fault case shooting activities
  • Maintains fault history and event report consolidation
  • Required to perform 7 X 24 shift duty

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Telecommunications, Electronics or Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years' experience in Telecom industry, preferably with exposure in ISP environment / data center
  • Possess CCNA or above is an advantage
  • Customer oriented, good in troubleshooting are the key to the success of the job
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
