Customer & Technical Service Executive
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering customers’ enquiries and complaints in professional manner
  • Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer
  • Data entry of service registration

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE F.6 or above
  • Basic knowledge on computer and internet service is necessary
  • Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
